Steve was an observing physician with the Murkoff Corporation working at Mount Massive Asylum in Outlast.
Summary
Steve is a doctor who worked with the Morphogenic Engine in Project Walrider. He is first seen waiting for Waylon Park, and then asking him to perform a static experiment. Steve then calms down Waylon, and tells him to expect nothing but honesty in his review. After this, he is not seen again, though it's assumed he was killed during the slaughter.
